Job Responsibility:

  • Providing tailored support to the classroom teacher to enhance learning experiences
  • Working effectively with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning and provide targeted assistance
  • Assisting with classroom management to maintain a positive and productive learning atmosphere
  • Preparing engaging learning materials and resources
  • Actively contributing to a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children

Requirements:

  • A deep-seated passion for working with children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work seamlessly as part of a team
  • A crucial willingness to learn and adapt to the diverse and ever-evolving needs of our students
  • Relevant experience working with primary-aged children
  • A relevant qualification, such as a Teaching Assistant qualification, or other related experience
