Job Description

We are seeking energetic Secondary Teaching Assistants to join local high schools. If you have experience working with children in any setting-whether that's schools, colleges, sports coaching, youth work, drama clubs, or even tutoring-we want to hear from you! Must Haves: An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one). Must have the Right to Work in the UK. Key Duties: Supporting the subject teacher to ensure lessons run smoothly and students stay on task. Helping students understand instructions and complete their classwork across different subjects. Working with small groups of pupils to improve their confidence in core subjects. Assisting with classroom management to create a positive learning environment. Helping with administrative tasks like preparing resources or organising displays. Acting as a positive role model and helping students stay motivated throughout the day. Encouraging students to participate in class discussions and peer activities.
