Teaching Assistant

• Supporting the subject teacher to ensure lessons run smoothly and students stay on task
• Helping students understand instructions and complete their classwork across different subjects
• Working with small groups of pupils to improve their confidence in core subjects
• Assisting with classroom management to create a positive learning environment
• Helping with administrative tasks like preparing resources or organising displays
• Acting as a positive role model and helping students stay motivated throughout the day
• Encouraging students to participate in class discussions and peer activities
