Job Description:

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! At Randstad Education, we are thrilled to partner with a fantastic nursery in Stockport in search of a passionate Teaching Assistant. As a Nursery Assistant, you will work alongside a supportive and friendly team, creating a safe, stimulating, and caring environment that encourages children's growth, development, and learning through fun, engaging activities.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in planning and delivering activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Support children with their personal care needs, including feeding and toileting
Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for the children
Build meaningful relationships with children, parents, and the wider nursery team
Promote children's learning and development through exciting, play-based activities

Requirements:

CACHE Level 2 or 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience in a nursery or early years setting is an advantage but not essential
A true passion for working with young children and supporting their development
Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
