Job Responsibility
Assist class teachers with the preparation of learning resources and daily activities
Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support for literacy and numeracy
Support students with diverse learning needs, including Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Contribute to effective classroom behaviour management to promote a safe and positive learning environment
Ensure the safety and well-being of students during break and lunch periods
Adhere strictly to individual school policies and safeguarding procedures
Requirements
Proven experience working within a classroom or similar educational setting
A reliable, punctual, and highly professional approach to your duties
The ability to adapt quickly and effectively to new school environments and routines
A genuine commitment to supporting the educational development of primary-aged students
An enhanced DBS check, or a willingness to undergo the necessary vetting process
