This role offers a clean break at the end of the school day-no extra duties, no stay-late meetings.\n\nCompetitive Pay: £90 - £95 per day (depending on experience).\n\nIdeal Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday (term-time only).\n\nTotal Flexibility: Choose the days you want to work-perfect for those seeking a better balance.\n\nLocal Work: We work with a variety of schools, meaning we can keep you close to home.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a Supply TA, your day will be varied and rewarding. You will:\n\nSupport the Class Teacher in delivering engaging lessons.\n\nWork 1:1 or with small groups of children to boost their confidence and learning.\n\nHelp maintain a positive, inclusive, and tidy classroom environment.\n\nSupervise break times and ensure pupil safety and wellbeing.\n\nThe Ideal Candidate\n\nExperience: Previous experience working with children (in or out of a school setting) is preferred.\n\nAttitude: Proactive, patient, and able to build rapport with children quickly.\n\nCommunication: Strong verbal skills to help explain concepts to young learners.\n\nReliability: Someone who shows up with a smile and a 'can-do' attitude.\n\nHow to Apply\n\nReady to start a role that actually fits your schedule?
