Job Responsibility

  • Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a productive learning atmosphere
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities
  • Providing crucial support for student wellbeing, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
  • Undertaking essential administrative tasks to keep the classroom running smoothly

Requirements

  • A good working knowledge and understanding of all school policies is essential, along with the ability to ensure vigorous adherence to them in practice
  • Physical and mental resilience, including the physical agility to support children in activities both on and off-site
  • A paramount commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
  • Patience and understanding when working with diverse student needs
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic school environment
