Pioneering SEN Teaching Assistant | Be a Founding Voice. Location: Chaldon, Surrey (Commutable from Redhill / Caterham / Whyteleafe). The Mission: We specialise in supporting young people (ages 11-16) who navigate the world differently. Our students primarily focus on social communication, emotional regulation, and sensory processing-often within the context of Autism. Forget the "standard" classroom. Here, you'll work in small, high-ratio groups alongside a powerhouse multidisciplinary team of therapists and specialists to provide a truly bespoke education.

Job Responsibility

Mentor and guide students navigating social complexities and emotional growth
Provide adaptive support using positive behaviour strategies
Collaborate with teachers to tailor lessons
Act as a dedicated champion for student welfare

Requirements

GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above)
Resilient, proactive, and calm under pressure
Foundational understanding of Safeguarding

Nice to have

Previous experience in inclusive environments or SEND settings
