As a Teaching Assistant in The Glade, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will work closely with teachers and leaders to provide a calm, nurturing and structured environment that helps pupils feel safe, understood and ready to learn. This role requires patience, empathy and resilience. You will build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, helping them develop emotional regulation, positive behaviour and the confidence to engage with learning.
Job Responsibility:
Support whole class learning, groups of children or individual children having specific or particular needs
Share in the care and wellbeing of pupils throughout the academy
