Job Responsibility:

Providing one-to-one or small-group support to students with their learning tasks
Assisting the teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
Preparing, organizing, and maintaining teaching materials and resources
Supporting students with their emotional regulation and ensuring a safe environment
Assisting with general classroom duties and student supervision, particularly during transitions

Requirements:

Proven experience working with children in an educational setting
A patient, caring, and highly adaptable approach
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
A proactive attitude and a commitment to helping every student succeed

Nice to have:

experience with autism spectrum disorders
experience with learning difficulties
experience with social emotional mental health
