Role and Responsibilities: As a Teaching Assistant, you'll make a meaningful impact by: Encouraging and guiding students with complex needs, helping them build confidence and social skills. Providing a caring and structured environment that fosters emotional well-being and personal growth. Assisting with daily activities, including personal care (feeding, toileting, hygiene support) when necessary. Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to support educational goals and behaviour management. Helping to create a fun, safe, and engaging atmosphere where all students feel included and valued. Qualifications and Experience: Experience in care, education, or a similar field is valuable, but personal passion and dedication matter more.
