Supply Teaching Assistant - East Grinstead, Crawley, Lingfield, and Horsham Make a Difference in the Classroom! Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work opportunities in a variety of schools? Randstad Education is seeking passionate individuals to join our network of partner schools in East Grinstead, Crawley, Lingfield, and Horsham. What You'll Do: Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and fostering a positive learning environment. Provide individual and small group support to students who need additional help. Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Assist with classroom management and behavior support. Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources.
