As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be the child's champion, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development by delivering one-to-one support tailored to their individual needs, implementing learning plans under the guidance of the Class Teacher or SENCO, encouraging independence, confidence, and engagement, and creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
