Job Description:

This job involves supporting pupils with moderate to severe special educational needs (SEN) across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 in a specialized school known for its inclusive approach to education. The school provides modern facilities, innovative tools, and promotes professional growth opportunities for staff.

Job Responsibility:

Provide dedicated 1:1, small group, and classroom support to pupils in KS1 and KS2
communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress
attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parents' evenings as part of the role

Requirements:

6-12 months in a Teaching Assistant or similar role is desirable
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are beneficial
must be eligible to work in the UK
