We are a centre of excellence in Cranleigh, providing a world-class, research-led education for pupils on the autism spectrum. This role sits at the intersection of Education, Psychology, and Therapy. As a Trainee, you will be trained to use Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to deliver precision teaching.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver precision teaching using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
  • utilise data-driven methods to track student progress and refine behavioural interventions
  • work side-by-side with BCBAs, Speech & Language Therapists, and OTs

Requirements:

  • Degree (2:1 or above) in Psychology, Education, or a related Social Science
