Job Responsibility:

Support the Class Teacher in delivering engaging lessons
Work 1:1 or with small groups of children to boost their confidence and learning
Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and tidy classroom environment
Supervise break times and ensure pupil safety and wellbeing

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience working with children (in or out of a school setting) is preferred
Attitude: Proactive, patient, and able to build rapport with children quickly
Communication: Strong verbal skills to help explain concepts to young learners
Reliability: Someone who shows up with a smile and a 'can-do' attitude
