Job Description:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our teachers and nurturing the educational development of our students. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one assistance to students, aiding in lesson preparation, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Job Responsibility:

Provide individualised support to students with varying abilities and needs
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment

Requirements:

An Enhanced DBS or the willingness to obtain one

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required
A positive and proactive attitude towards learning and professional development
Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
