Job Description:

Join a nationally renowned specialist school supporting approximately 70 pupils with moderate to severe SEN including Autism. Play an instrumental role in making a difference in students' lives through a nurturing and creative approach.

Job Responsibility:

Support a dynamic, engaging, and creative curriculum
provide a safe and nurturing environment
support pupils with moderate to severe SEN conditions including autism

Requirements:

Experience working with vulnerable individuals
ability to support pupils with additional needs
strong role model
ability to build rapport with primary/secondary pupils
passionate about SEN
ability to take initiative both in and between classes

Nice to have:

Dynamic, engaging, and creative approach
emphasis on making learning accessible to all children
