Job Description:

Teaching Assistant’s Wanted for Tredegar. Education Supply Pool are a PAYE Employer recruiting Teaching Assistants to support day to day, short-term and long-term positions on the behalf of schools for Tredegar and its surrounding areas. Teaching Assistants are a crucial part of the education workforce in Wales. The role of a Teaching Assistant is vital to supporting and motivating children in Wales. Joining supply is also a great opportunity to get experience within different school settings to expand your Teaching Assistant experience at a flexible schedule you control.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with preparing lessons in all areas of the school curriculum with consideration of varied levels of student abilities
Provide simulating activities whilst ensuring hygiene and safety rules
Maintain a supportive and clean classroom environment
Be attentive to the unique needs of each student and be able to identify proper solutions when children encounter issues
Great communication skills to collaborate with other teachers and families when needed

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months experience inside a UK Primary or Secondary classroom or teaching assistant environment
Minimum of NVQ Level 2, CACHE Level 2, BTEC, BA (Hons) Education or experience working within an education setting
