Job Description:

This inclusive and welcoming specialist school is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support learners with moderate and severe learning difficulties in a vibrant and dynamic environment. The school is highly ranked, offers a broad curriculum, and has an exceptional leadership team, promoting both staff development and a strong sense of community.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group and classroom basis
Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events

Requirements:

Flexible, resilient and have a positive approach to supporting learners
School, Nursery and/or education-based experience
Relevant experience/Knowledge of UK SEN settings
Eligibility to work in the UK
