Job Description:

Affinity Workforce Solutions are looking to recruit teaching assistants in Bristol. We have several opportunities in multiple schools across the area. The ideal candidates are people who are enthusiastic, hard-working, supportive and want to make a positive impact in the lives of children and young people. The correct candidates must be open-minded, eager to teach and wanted to influence the young minds.

Requirements:

Have a sound understanding of Secondary Education
Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills
Have confidence supporting the KS3 and KS4 curriculum
Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum
Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative and good sense of humour
Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties both in smalls groups and 1:1
Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job

What we offer:

You will be paid a competitive daily wage, based on your experience
Dedicated consultant allocated to support you with any questions and concerns
Support in writing CV’s and job applications
£200 for any successful referral of Teachers and £100 for Teaching Assistants
You will receive free, up to date safeguarding training
Training workshops and CPD courses to provide professional development
The option of working under a PAYE or Umbrella pay scheme
