Job Responsibility:

  • Mentor & Guide: help students navigate social complexities and emotional growth
  • Adaptive Support: pivot approach daily, using positive behaviour strategies to foster independence and confidence
  • Collaborative Delivery: partner with teachers to tweak and tailor lessons
  • Advocacy: act as a dedicated champion for student welfare

Requirements:

  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above)
  • Resilient, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Foundational understanding of Safeguarding

Nice to have:

Previous experience in inclusive environments or SEND settings
