Job Description:

Experienced Primary School Teaching Assistant Wanted in Royston! We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join a supportive and friendly primary school. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about helping young children thrive. You will be a vital part of the classroom, working alongside a teacher to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
Provide targeted support to individual pupils or small groups to help them achieve their learning goals
Help create and maintain a positive and safe learning environment
Support the social and emotional development of the pupils

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Primary School Teaching Assistant
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective strategies for supporting children's learning
Ability to work with students of varying needs and abilities, providing both one-on-one and small group support
Collaborative and proactive team player committed to a positive school culture
