Emotional Development: Helping students manage their emotions, build essential social skills, and develop vital self-confidence both inside and outside the classroom. Plan Implementation: Working alongside the Class Teacher to deliver tailored learning activities and faithfully implementing individual education and behaviour plans. Positive Environment: Fostering positive relationships and promoting an inclusive, engaging, and independent learning environment for all pupils.
