Job Description:

Randstad Education seeks enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools in Surrey. Roles are available for both short and long-term opportunities, with the potential for permanent placements. Applicants should have experience working as a TA in UK schools, skills in classroom and behaviour management, and a passion for education. DBS check required.

Job Responsibility:

Support teaching and learning in secondary schools
Classroom management
Behaviour management
Enhance student engagement and learning
Adapt to various key stages

Requirements:

Recent TA experience in UK schools
Track record in elevating students and learning
Availability of at least 2 days a week
Residing in Surrey
Classroom and behaviour management skills
Valid enhanced DBS check

Nice to have:

SEN experience
Experience with FMS and SIMS
Knowledge of GCSE and A-level specifications
Passion for education
Ability to inspire
Engage with extra-curricular activities
