Job Description:

Oxbridge Graduate - Aspiring Secondary Teacher role at a high-performing secondary school in Tower Hamlets. Ideal for graduates looking to transition into teaching through routes such as Schools Direct, PGCE or salaried training. Full-time, term-time only position from September 2025 - July 2026.

Job Responsibility:

Support a subject-specialist department (English, Maths, Science, Humanities, MFL, etc.)
Work closely with pupils across KS3-KS4, with some exposure to KS5
Assist in delivering high-quality lessons and interventions
Receive ongoing training, mentoring, and CPD
Play a key role in driving academic progress and high aspirations

Requirements:

2:1 or First-Class Degree from Oxford or Cambridge University
Excellent academic background (e.g., AAA at A-Level or equivalent)
Subject strength and intellectual curiosity
Natural communicator with confidence and drive
Passion for education and desire to make an impact
Committed to pursuing a career in teaching
