Job Responsibility:

  • Empower Students: Support learners 1:1 and in small groups to achieve academic and personal goals
  • Creative Delivery: Assist with lesson planning and adapt activities to meet individual abilities and needs
  • Celebrate Success: Help track, record, and celebrate every milestone of progress
  • Build Foundations: Foster independence, confidence, and vital communication skills
  • Collaborate: Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure a holistic approach to education
