We are looking for a founding Mentor and Teaching Assistant who understands that sometimes, the most important part of a student's day is simply being understood. The Mission: Connection Over Curriculum. Our students (aged 11-16) are bright, capable young people who navigate challenges with social communication and emotional regulation. In this role, you aren't just assisting; you are a steadying presence. Working in small, intimate class sizes with a full team of therapists and specialists, you will help bridge the gap between a student's potential and their daily hurdles.
