This role offers a unique opportunity to work with complex needs, underpinned by robust, accredited training. The school and college supports students aged 5 to 19.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting students with severe social communication difficulties, complex learning disabilities, and challenging behaviours
  • Implementing Applied Behavioural Support strategies
  • Working closely with an integrated therapy team
  • Contributing to detailed student reports, records, and risk assessments
