Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
  • Helping children access the curriculum and reach their full potential
  • Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to tailor learning support
  • Creating a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
  • Assisting with classroom management and learning resources

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children (school, nursery, or similar setting)
  • Passion for supporting pupils with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties
  • A caring, patient and resilient personality
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
