Job Description:

Affinity Workforce Solutions are looking to recruit several Autism and complex needs specialists for an outstanding special school which aims to provide innovative education and a challenging environment for pupils aged 2 to 19. The school specialises in educating pupils with a wide range of Physical Disabilities including those with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties, Moderate Learning Difficulties and Complex Health needs. Many of the pupils now have CLDD (complex learning difficulties and disabilities).

Job Responsibility:

Provide personal care
Assist with supporting mealtimes
Assist with moving and handling requirements
Provide support to maintain the students dignity and Independence at all times
Maintain positive relationships with students and staff

Requirements:

Professional experience in care
Confident and experienced in delivering personal care to students
Ability to provide support to maintain the students dignity and Independence at all times
Encouraging nature
Able to maintain positive relationships with students and staff
