Job Description:

Justteachers Teaching Agency are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work within one of our partner Primary Schools located in Newton Heath. This role will be on a long-term full-time basis and is to start ASAP. The school have a small send unit which caters for children in the early years who have speech and language difficulties. The school is the most supportive school i have worked with, they have a positive and friendly atmosphere. Leadership in school is effective in maintaining good performance overall

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the Children in a range of lessons
  • Assisting the Teacher in preparing for lessons
  • Supporting young learners who have SEND needs

Requirements:

  • Two education/school-based references
  • The ability to encourage children to reach their full potential
  • Experience of early years
  • Experience working with SEND children
