Teaching Assistant

SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Cranleigh, Surrey. Salary: £20,224 - £21,032. Hours: 36 hours per week (Term-time + CPD days) | (Part-time 3+ days considered). The Role: Small Class Sizes: Work with groups of 8-13 students grouped by ability. Holistic Support: Assist with literacy, numeracy, and PSHE using multi-sensory tools (Makaton, signs, and symbols). Behavioral Guidance: Support students through moments of anxiety or frustration with a calm, patient approach. Personal Care: Provide essential care and hygiene support (full training provided).
