Job Description:

Join an Innovative and Supportive School Community as a Teaching Assistant! We are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a forward-thinking, well-regarded specialist school. This is a full-time position supporting pupils with moderate to severe special educational needs (SEN) across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with a strong focus on 1:1 support. This school is renowned for its creative, inclusive approach to education and for equipping students with valuable life skills through a stimulating curriculum. Job Responsibility:

Provide dedicated 1:1, small group, and classroom support to pupils in KS1 and KS2
Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent's evenings as part of your role

Requirements:

Experience: 6-12 months in a Teaching Assistant or similar role is desirable
Qualifications: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are beneficial
Right to Work: You must be eligible to work in the UK
