Job Responsibility:
Provide support to learners on a 1:1 or small group basis
Serve as a positive role model in the classroom
Assist the class teacher in preparing resources and learning activities
Establish positive relationships with staff, learners, and families
Work harmoniously with other team members
Approach each day with enthusiasm and dedication
Requirements:
A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and fostering a love for learning
GCSE Maths and English grades C or above (or equivalent)
Experience in working with children or in a childcare setting
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Confidence and motivation to guide individuals/small groups in their learning
An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
Nice to have:
