We are looking for a professional who "gets it." You understand the nuances of the spectrum and the importance of consistency. Proven Track Record: Experience working with complex needs (ASC, SLCN, or SEMH). Adaptable Communication: Proficiency in (or a desire to master) Makaton, PECS, or other AAC methods. Professional Maturity: You understand how to maintain boundaries while building the deep rapport necessary for student breakthroughs.
