Job Responsibility

Maintain the studio environment
Support studio operations with administrative tasks
Follow health and safety and child safeguarding policies
Provide ad hoc support at your normal studio and/or other clubs
Lead holiday workshops, parties, and term-time classes

Continuously evaluate student progress, identifying strengths and areas for improvement
Actively communicate with parents about student progress and development
Prepare for classes by laying out materials, sharpening pencils, washing brushes, and cutting templates
Maintain the studio environment, including window displays, painting prep, and cleaning to a high standard
Support studio operations with administrative tasks such as responding to emails, phone calls, customer reviews, and promotional activities
Follow health and safety and child safeguarding policies to ensure a safe studio environment
Provide ad hoc support at your normal studio and/or other clubs during staff absences, training, or holidays (extra hours and travel costs paid)
Lead holiday workshops, parties, and term-time classes at your studio or other locations as needed
