The child-led curriculum is designed to be social, exciting, and practical, featuring unique subjects such as: Horticulture, Forest School, and Equine Studies. The Role: Small Classes, Massive Impact We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming team. In this role, you aren't just a number; you are a vital support system for your students. Personalised Support: Work in small classes of just 6-10 pupils, offering whole-class and 1:1 support. Relationship Building: Build strong foundations of trust with learners who have previously struggled in education. Stability: This is a full-time, term-time only position. Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:45 AM - 4:30 PM. What You'll Need to Succeed We are looking for individuals who are patient, resilient, and eager to learn. Experience: Previous Teaching Assistant experience is required (SEND experience is a bonus but not essential). Skills: The ability to support learners with various complex needs and a willingness to build deep, meaningful relationships.
