Using your knowledge of pupils' learning needs to suggest appropriate adjustments to lesson plans. Clarifying and explaining instructions in an accessible way. Motivating pupils and celebrating their achievements. Meeting physical needs while actively promoting independence. Listening attentively to pupils' problems and offering support.
