Teaching Assistant - SEN

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant - SEN to join a brand new SEND Secondary School that only opened in September 2025 in Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity to join the school at the start of their journey. This new school is for young people aged 11-16 who require support with social communication, emotional regulation, and sensory processing, typically associated with Autism. The model includes small classes, high levels of classroom support, and a multi-disciplinary intervention team. The main purpose of the Teaching Assistant role is to support children with their learning and general wellbeing to help them reach their full potential in a caring and safe environment. This may include supporting with care needs from time to time as well as adopting a tailored approach to positive behaviour management.
