Job Responsibility

Deliver targeted assistance to specific cohorts or individual learners
Execute EHCP goals to facilitate customised learning objectives and developmental milestones
Manage behavioural needs and encourage healthy emotional self-regulation
Foster independence by enhancing students' interpersonal skills and self-reliance
Engage in teamwork with classroom teachers, SENCOs, and visiting specialists
Provide personal care as needed, maintaining student's dignity and wellbeing

Requirements

Practical experience assisting learners with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or MLD) is a prerequisite
Seeking a long-term placement
Capable of staying composed in demanding situations
Skilled at establishing quick connections with students, colleagues, and families
Preferably possess a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification or substantial relevant professional history
