Job Description:

As part of a larger trust, we offer an innovative curriculum tailored to the unique needs of each student.

Job Responsibility:

  • Planning and delivering engaging learning activities for individuals, small groups, and whole classes
  • Monitoring and celebrating pupils' progress and providing feedback to teachers
  • Implementing effective trauma-informed strategies to support students
  • Helping create a positive and nurturing classroom environment

Requirements:

  • minimum of one year of experience in a related role
  • CACHE level 1 or 2
  • CACHE level 2 or 3
  • early childhood studies degree
  • health and social care experience
  • health and social care qualifications (NVQ)
  • HLTA
  • NVQ level 2
  • NVQ level 3
  • NVQ level 4
