Are You a Special Needs Teaching Assistant Ready for a Rewarding Role? We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a leading specialist provider of education for children and young adults with complex needs. This is a unique temporary-to-permanent opportunity where you can make a real difference in the lives of students aged 5-25 across two well-resourced sites. As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be an integral part of a collaborative team, working alongside teachers and other support staff. Your primary goal will be to foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that caters to the individual needs of each student. This temporary-to-permanent position offers a 12-week initial period (excluding holidays), providing a fantastic opportunity to integrate into the team and demonstrate your impact.
