Collaborating closely with teachers, therapists, and specialist staff to ensure holistic support. Contributing to a positive and supportive learning atmosphere that encourages growth and well-being. Assisting children in core subjects like maths and English. Differentiating work to meet individual learning styles and needs. Using your knowledge of pupils' learning needs to suggest appropriate adjustments to lesson plans. Clarifying and explaining instructions in an accessible way. Motivating pupils and celebrating their achievements. Meeting physical needs while actively promoting independence. Listening attentively to pupils' problems and offering support. Assisting in areas of difficulty and building pupils' self-esteem.
