About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be an invaluable part of the Teaching and Learning Support Department. You'll work closely with teachers, providing essential assistance that enhances the overall effectiveness of the classroom. Key Responsibilities Include: Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a productive learning atmosphere. Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities. Providing crucial support for student wellbeing, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Undertaking essential administrative tasks to keep the classroom running smoothly. Requirements: A good working knowledge and understanding of all school policies is essential, along with the ability to ensure vigorous adherence to them in practice. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students, staff, and parents. Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
