We are looking for Teaching Assistants to join a leading Specialist Trust where your maturity, patience, and kindness are exactly what our students need. We support children and young people with complex learning needs and autism. For them, a consistent, calm presence is everything. This isn't just about academics; it's about providing the steady hand and encouraging word that helps a young person feel safe enough to learn.

Job Responsibility:

  • Helping students navigate their day with dignity
  • Use your practical knowledge to help students develop the skills they need for daily life, from communication to social interaction
  • You'll work 1-on-1, forming meaningful bonds with students
  • You'll work alongside a friendly, professional team of teachers and therapists
