Job Description:

Do you want to make a real difference every single day? We are looking for a proactive and nurturing Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs in a dynamic and engaging school environment in Redhill.

Job Responsibility:

Support pupils in feeling safe, understood and motivated
Encourage independence and personal growth
Adapt to behavioural changes with calm and confidence
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Help pupils achieve their full academic and personal potential

Requirements:

Has experience working with children
Is patient, empathetic and adaptable
Communicates effectively with staff and pupils
Holds a DBS (or is willing to obtain one)
Enhanced DBS checks are required

Nice to have:
