Job Responsibility

Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies and personalised plans
Support pupils in developing social and emotional skills
Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to adapt learning activities
Promote a calm and inclusive classroom environment
Monitor and report pupil progress and well-being
