Teaching Assistant (primary)

Are you passionate about helping every child reach their full potential? Randstad Education are looking for a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Crawley. This is a full-time, term-time-only position where you will play a vital role in supporting students across Early Years, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2. We need an enthusiastic and patient individual to assist the class teacher, create a positive learning environment, and provide crucial support to pupils, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Experience with SEN is highly desirable, as you may be working one-on-one or with small groups.
