Teaching Assistant - Primary Sen School

We are a small, independent SEN school in Smallfield, designed specifically for children aged 7-16 with communication difficulties, typically associated with Autism Spectrum Conditions. We are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team in long-term and supply roles. Many pupils arrive at our school having faced challenges in mainstream settings, often experiencing extended absences and falling behind academically. We provide a nurturing and understanding environment where each child is supported to overcome their unique barriers to learning and social development.
