Job Description

Randstad Education is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant, "Outstanding" rated primary school in Bushey. This is a full-time role available to start in September 2026! We are looking for a "firm but fair" professional who uses creative strategies to support pupil behavior and foster a love for learning. Job Responsibility

  • Assist the lead teacher in managing classroom dynamics and preparing innovative lesson materials
  • Work 1:1 or with small groups to support students with diverse learning needs and SEND
  • Modify resources on the spot to meet the individual needs of every child

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
  • Enhanced Child DBS (on the update service) and eligibility to work in the UK
  • Two recent professional references are essential
